Dr. Richard D. Walter
Dr. Walter was born in Michigan and spent his childhood growing up in-between Michigan and Indiana. He moved to Ocala while he was in middle school and has been a proud Floridian ever since. He graduated from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 1997. Dr. Walter has been serving The Villages and Ocala for over 20 years.

Dr. Perez is a patient-centered practitioner dedicated to helping patients achieve their dental goals through exceptional care in a relaxed atmosphere. She is committed to delivering top-notch services with a personalized touch, fostering strong relationships with patients to ensure they feel comfortable and supported throughout their treatment journey.
Dr. Perez earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Florida before graduating from the University of Florida’s College of Dentistry. Dr. Perez is dedicated to providing the highest standard of care by staying updated on the latest advancements in dentistry. She has completed several postdoctoral courses in prosthodontics, photogrammetry, digital workflows, general surgery under the esteemed Dr. Pikos at the Pikos Institute, and implantology. This ongoing education enables her to offer patients the most effective treatments and optimal outcomes.
Dr. Perez is a member of several prestigious organizations, including the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, and the Marion County Dental Association. In her free time, Dr. Perez enjoys outdoor activities with her family and is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Hi, I’m Tamela! I’ve been in the dental field since 2000 and have worked with Dr. Walter since the beginning. I am originally from Key West and now live in Ocala with my husband, 2 sons, and 2 mastiffs. I take pride in my job and feel blessed to work with such a great team. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, fishing, football, and running.

My name is Christine. I’ve been Dr. Walter’s assistant since 2007. I am passionate about my job and feel very blessed to work for such kind, caring, and skilled doctors. I have two amazing daughters and a wonderful husband. When I’m not at work, you can find me spending time with family and friends, watching football (Go Gators!), and going to the beach.
